We live in a society that nowadays asks women to be perfect in all aspects: the perfect employee, the perfect mother, the perfect spouse. Around me, I see women constantly running out of time, eventually burning out, forgetting themselves and their own needs. In the midst of all this, some of them begin to develop issues such as severe premenstrual syndrome, chronic fatigue, depression, and other symptoms.
I created my classes for those who want to take a break in their day — a moment just for themselves — to breathe, refocus, care for their well-being, and nurture both body and mind. Through the different classes you will find here, I mainly offer gentle yoga practices, inviting you to slow down, enjoy the journey, and allow the nervous system and the body to deeply relax. The goal is not to perform or to push the body further into exhaustion, but rather to recharge, slow down, and reconnect.

Soft Vinyasa Yoga
Description:
Yoga for Women creates a safe and intimate space to reconnect with yourself, regain balance, restore vitality and gain more self confidence. It helps you to balance your hormonal system, reduce stress, boost your charm, and reconnect with your inner woman.
Yoga for Women is a soft yoga, to allow yourself to take time and to embrace slowness. Through postures, breathing exercises, and gentle movements, you will learn to release tension, and nurture your inner energy.
These classes are for those who need to slow down and want to take time for themselves.
My method is based on the russian yogi Tatiana Elle's method and foundator of the "Yoga de la Femme"® she teaches in France and Russia.

Yoga for Women
Description:
This class supports expecting and new mothers through every stage of their motherhood journey. Prenatal Yoga prepares the body for pregnancy and childbirth, while Postnatal Yoga helps restore energy and strengthen the body. Classes are safe, tailored, and nurturing, providing a space for movement, relaxation, and connection. My method is based on the french gynecologist and yogi Bernadette de Gasquet method, to which I add meditation, relaxation, visualisation and breathing exercices.
